The title says it all “The Year is 1976”. An epic year for music if you’re an oldschool music lover like myself. The sheer volume of quality music released that year is insane. It also happens to be my birth year, and September is my birth month (#virgoseason). It was a lot of fun putting this together and a great research mix. The initial mix was just 75 minutes, but after going thru the archives of 1976 releases I was quickly overwhelmed and impressed, and the final mix ballooned to over 2 & 1/2hrs, and it could’ve easily been a 5-6hr set considering all the musical heat from ’76 that isn’t featured here. I hope you enjoy this stroll down music memory lane.
