We can basically say that Gayance is part of the Brooklyn Radio family. She was in the original Fresh Taste team and has appeared on our airwaves multiple times over the years. So we’re really proud to let you know that her new album, Roaming, is out now on the legendary Tru Thoughts label.
Following the success of her debut album Mascarade on Rhythm Section, this new LP takes us on a seven-track journey in all kinds of directions, from House, Gospel, R&B, UK Garage and Broken Beat to Haitian Kompa and more surprises. Basically, as eclectic as a good DJ set should be!
Hearing how much she’s grown as an artist and producer since the beginning of her journey is simply amazing. So do yourself a favor, give this beautiful piece of work a listen, share it with your people, and grab a copy on vinyl to support the project. You know what to do!
