Good morning, good evening, good afternoon. My name is Mike Clay aka @alldayjam.

Since I’ve left the coast of El Salvador, I’ve been in search of balance like Reginald Omas Mamode. Well, it hasn’t been easy but, after a short stint in the Europes and some excessive soldout touring back in the homeland, I’ve managed to get my head back on my shoulders.  I’ll say it outloud so it happens, take your phone, throw it out. La Musica Popular de Verdun is coming through with some French offerings and I’ve decided to put musaic under my own name. That’s all for the evening news.

I’m recording this blend three planets away, I hope you enjoy what the music has to say. On the menu, soul food from Chicago, some homegrown beat from Montreal and some up-tempo business from Brazil. This soundtrack is too damn fine for all this talking,

Whether your tuning in from Sao Paolo Brazil, Brooklyn New York, Montpellier France or home sweet home Montreal, Don’t forget to go outside

p.s I’ll post these selections on Spotify so don’t be shy to come say hi at mike clay. The playlist is called Morning Meditations Keep it locked.
