On this new edition of Fresh Taste, we have our good friend Gayance on the show to celebrate her debut EP “No Toning Down”, out now on every platform. Tune in on the 37th minute, where she presents every track of her excellent project, influenced by Broken beats, UK Garage, Bossa Nova and everything between!
Buy the EP on Bandcamp.
We have a lot of new Hip Hop, R&B/Soul and Jazz in the show, but also a touch of Reggae (RIP Lee “Scratch” Perry) & Broken Beat. I dedicate the last 30 minutes of the mix to my dog Gangster aka G-Dog who passed away on October 21. He was sleeping by my side while I was recording this smooth jazzy part of the mix, and I knew that he would probably be put down later that day. RIP, we will miss you.
