Your monthly dose of freshness is back! We start the mix with a crazy jazzy quartet version of a classic DJ Cam track. We have beats from IAMNOBODI, Dilla and Kaytranada from his promising upcoming project. Fine hip hop from Elzhi, Joey Bada$$, L.A and an exclusive track by Fringe Character taken from their upcoming “Mint” album. Also, 2 incredible soul tracks taken from new re-issue (on BBE) and compilation (Disco love 4) by The People’s Workshop and Clear feat. Lee Edwards. Speaking of soul; we have a beautiful new track by our friend Emeson, collaborating with Roselie under the name “Carla Duke”. On the uptempo side, we have mad remixes by K15 and Ashley Beedle of songs by J. McFysian and Igor Jidranin respectively. We close the show with a spring anthem by The DangerFeel Newbies and a beat in homage of Phife Dawg by Miles Bonny…and… hard to believe but… more in the mix! R.I.P. Phife.
