Good morning, good evening, good afternoon,

My name is mike clay aka @alldayjam. I just got back from El Sunzal a small town in between small towns in Salvador. For the first time in a long time, I didn’t bring my laptop along and I cut myself off from the internet world. Boiled my water, winding bus rides, learned to walk on waves, cooked-up plenty of new songs, living with the sun, sweet sweet rhum.

I brought my iPod from the early 2000’s. I got to listen to over and over in different mind states throughout the trip. Really brought back those mixtape vibes. I always need to get reminded how special listening to music can be when I can’t drift off into one of the 26 other tabs I’ve got opened. This is one habit I’m going to try and keep.

Anyways, I hope you dig these hand picks,

Whether your tuning in from Sao Paolo Brazil, Montpellier France or home sweet home Montreal

This is all @alldayjam

Don’t forget to go outside

Keep it locked.

p.s I’ll post these selections on Spotify so don’t be shy to come say hi at mike clay. The playlist is called Morning Meditations
