Good morning, good evening, good afternoon. My name is Mike Clay aka @alldayjam.

This one’s an oldie goldie. The past few months have looked a lot like a marathon around the 5 corners of Quebec, to New York, France, Belgium and Portugal and back again. Thank the lord for noise cancelling headphones and these tunes. They’ve followed me around the globe with my toothbrush and my many moods. In other news, Morning Meditations has officially come to life
Slow mornings, the long way home, big sipper with some late-night tales, soulful sounds to take a step back – I’ve opened a door to a side of me I’ve never really shown to the world – the first offering is called Redcup and it’s featuring Sara Diamond – next on the cue,

On tape, some homegrown goodness from Montreal, a bit of soulful business from the UK and some leftfields beats from an era long ago. Keep it locked.

Whether you’re tuning in from Sao Paolo Brazil, Brooklyn New York, Montpellier France or home sweet home Montreal,
Don’t forget to go outside
