The Denmark multi-instrumentalist known by the name of Alex Puddu is back with a beautiful new album titled “Soul tiger” on Schema records, with the legend Joe Bataan being featured on three tracks out of ten.
The song I completely fell in love with is the syrupy “I want you”, the kind of music treat that got me reminiscing about what Roy Ayers used to give us regularly in the 70’s. A jazzy tune packed with soul, sweet dreamy vocals, mellow vibe solo and a funky twist to keep our feet taping. Damn near close to perfection!
