#30thAnniversary – Stetsasonic “Blood, Sweat & No Tears”

Even if this album is not considered the classic out of Stetsasonic discography, it’s still a beautiful piece of work and one of the great hip hop LP’s that came out in 1991. There was some tension in the band at the time, with original member Frukwan not being a part of it (learn more about this right here). So this is the last project from them as a group, they disbanded not long after it came out. But it doesn’t feel like the passion wasn’t there for this last offering on Tommy Boy Records, with splendid songs like “No B.S. Allowed”, “Uda Man” and the title track “Blood, Sweat & No Tears”.
