Lapalux starts this weeks show with two tracks from his album due for imminent release on Brainfeeder and if you like your beats processed through a lysergic hypnagogic, filter without the cliches then don’t hesitate to check it out. The Range followed that up with some nice dreamy beats from his otherwise footwork obsessed new EP before Rob Gallagher under his latest alias, William Adamson, got a dub rework to nice effect which led nicely into the sleazy dub of Anika, Stonesthrow’s latest signing.

It is nice to see Paul White back but in our humble the beats are better than Danny Browns lyrical effort from his new EP before Soweto Kinch gave us some MPC free, live band hip hop to show what a versatile don he is. A Brownswood freeload then provided the latest taste of the great new Owiny Sigoma material which led nicely into yet another winning track from the great Teleseen album, Passages. In fact we like the album so much, Gabriel Cyr, aka Teleseen is going to be kicking off the first of a new Audio Texture series of interviews – look out for that on the blog very soon.

Fink is coming through with a new album this year and the first single is just about to come out with a couple of tasty remixes with the Marcus Worgull retouch being our favourite. More Afro vibes then followed with a great Louie Vega retouch of Boddhi Satva before Les Sins (aka Tory Y Moi) provided some great deep jazz house vibes which led nicely into the broken future vibes of JTC and the end of the show..
