In 2006, Skyzoo got together with a producer who was receiving a lot of attention named 9th Wonder, and in three days they recorded what was the official introduction to the world for the Brooklyn emcee. They say that you only have one chance to make a good first impression and it’s exactly what he did with “Cloud 9:The three day high“. Since then, he dropped a constant flow of great albums on one of the greatest independant labels, Duck Down records, got busy with some of the finest beatmakers like !llmind and DJ Premier and did a full album with NY lyricist Torae.
The new record titled “Music for my friends” is now available on his own label “First Generation Rich”, and boasted features notably from Black Thought, Bilal & Jadakiss and productions from Apollo Brown, !llmind, Jahlil Beats and more.
