Oonops starts this episode with some explosive funk-fueled heat before he turns into the afro(jazz) and soul direction. Expect hot tunage from the likes of Mohawkestra with their gritty funk version of The Rolling Stones classic Paint It Black, a hot James Brown edit by J.Rocc, a spicy dirty take on the cult TV series Knight Rider theme by Oliveira Trio, the possible first rap song from Brazil, Agogo Record’s Savages y Suefo and many more.
His first guest DJ Center – DJ, producer and label owner from NYC drops an exclusive mix from vintage to future classic including tracks by Tall Black Guy, Suonho, Patrice Rushen and many more. Next up Brooklyn Radio’s own Mosart212 says hello and rounds up the show perfectly with a special set which is about what the world needs now: L-O-V-E.
