This »Oonops Drops« episode is the second part of his »80s Rap 45s« throwdown with the two scratch maestros DJ Robert Smith & Marc Hype from Berlin: the Dusty Donuts DJ squad duo streamed and recorded this mastermix in one take, full of black pearls and sharp cuts. Now being released here exclusively for your listening pleasure including their favorite 80s rap-45s tracks in one mix. Cut together on three turntables and two mixers.
Before Oonops invites you on a Hip Hop journey from today and then chronological backwards to the early 90s to gap the bridge to this 80s special by his guests. Please pay attention to the exclusive intro track of the show by The Ruffcats in a Slick Walk Remix featuring Ugly Ducklings Andy Cooper which gets released soon on the »Oonops Drops – Ruff Cuts«-45 vinyl via Agogo Records on Bandcamp.
Enjoy another trip down memory lane!
