Rafi eL – Senda

For Senda, the lead single off his upcoming album Ay De Mi on Dutty Artz (January 2014), Rafi eL decided to travel to El Salvador and work with Salvadoran director Edson Amaya.

Together, Edson and Rafi developed the “castaway” inspired concept for the video, with a few crucial twists that spoke to the transformative power of music and dance. It was shot on a near-deserted beach on Salvador’s coast, a perfect setting for the song’s tale of a seeker trying to find his way through the modern jungle.

Senda recently premiered over at CMJ.com.
