Honestly, every track on the Brown Sugar opus could’ve been a single, the album is that solid from top to bottom. The fourth and final single, “Me and Those Dreamin’ Eyes of Mine,” is no exception, another undeniable masterpiece. The remixes are just as impressive, including one of my all-time favorite flips by Jay Dee aka J Dilla, a Def Squad version remixed by Erick Sermon featuring Redman, and more heat from DJ Premier.
