Even if the liner notes of the “Step In the Arena” album show’s 1990, it was commercially released on January 15, 1991. It is the follow up to “No More Mr. Nice Guy”, but it’s arguably the first real classic in their collection that started the “Gang Starr” sound of the 90’s.
