#30thAnniversary – WC And The Maad Circle “Ain’t a Damn Thang Changed”

“Ain’t a Damn Thang Changed”, the first LP from WC And The Maad Circle, is rarely mentioned when it’s time to discuss the best albums of the west coast from the end of the 80’s/early 90’s. It’s strange because everything is there; the banging west side funky beats from Sir Jinx, Chilly Chill and DJ Crazy Toones (RIP) and the dope lyrics, describing the life in the streets of LA, well delivered from WC (who later became a member of the legendary “Westside Connection” supergroup) and Coolio (The same Coolio who end up selling millions of records in the mid 90’s).

So do yourself a favor, listen to the album and all the remixes, and watch the videos below!
