Shakti is the first solo instrumental album from Santiago, Chile native Oslec. The producer/DJ is best known for his work with Chilean rapper Ana Tijoux who won a Latin Grammy back in 2011. He’s also worked with several Detroit-based artists, including Waajeed and Invincible.
